At UrbanMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority Top Class Quality.

Clothing Products:

• Clothing items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Jewellery Products:

• Jewellery items are eligible for return only if unused
  and in their original packaging.
• Used jewellery items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds:

• Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed
  within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
